Cloud Alpha Family

NGENUITY requires administrative permission to install the drivers. With default User Accoount Control settings, you should receive a pop-up for "DriverInstaller". You will need to click "Yes" for the drivers to install. You may also need to adjust User Account Control settings.

Plug in the USB dongle and launch NGENUITY. Click on the Headset tab. Click "Install" on the "Audio Drivers Required" prompt. Wait until the drivers are finished installing. Click "Ok, Will Do" on the "drivers Installed" prompt. Restart your PC.
