Usage (Xbox® One) To use the HyperX Cloud headset with Xbox® One, you will need the Xbox One adapter (sold separately) that plugs into the Xbox® One controller (pictured below.) Because this adapter has built-in volume controls, you can remove the control box that came with your HyperX Cloud headset

Plug in the USB dongle and launch NGENUITY. Click on the Headset tab. Click "Install" on the "audio Drivers Required" prompt. Wait until the drivers are finished installing. Click "OK, Will DO" on the "drivers Installed" prompt. Restart your PC.

Go to hyperx.com/ngenuity to download the NGENUITY software. NGENUITY software features include: DTS Headphone:X Adjustable EQ settings Adjustable auto shut-off behavior Battery level indicator

Using with PC, Chromebook, or Notebook ​

Instant Pair should be possible as long as the OMEN laptop is “Connection Ready” in NGENUITY settings and the headset has not been previously paired with another OMEN laptop. In NGENUITY software, the headset can be set to prioritize voice notifications or tone notifications.
