If you are using the Pulsefire Haste 2 Pro on a Windows 11 system, and your lighting controls are not responding, Windows Dynamic Lighting (WDL) may be enabled. This will override any NGENUITY lighting controls and behavior, as long as the mouse is connected to the PC. Please check if WDL is enabled
