Performing a factory reset on the headset will reset the headset and base station to default settings and remove pairing info with paired Bluetooth devices. Go to the home page and select Settings > Sound. For Microphone, set the Input Device to USB Headset "HyperX Cloud Alpha 2 Wireless Chat". For Audio Output, set the Output Device to USB Headset "HyperX Cloud Alpha 2 Wireless Game". For Output to Headphones, set to All Audio.

Slide the wireless mode switch to Dual mode. The headset will enter Bluetooth pairing on the first setup. Go to your device Bluetooth settings, search, and connect to "HyperX Cloud Alpha 2 Wireless". ​
