The Cloud Alpha Wireless comes with dynamic, 50mm with neodymium magnets.

Plug in the USB dongle and launch NGENUITY. Click on the Headset tab. Click "Install" on the "Audio Drivers Required" prompt. Wait until the drivers are finished installing. Click "Ok, Will Do" on the "drivers Installed" prompt. Restart your PC.
