Right-click on the sound icon in the system tray and select Sound Settings. Set the output device to Headphones (HyperX Cloud Flight 2 Wireless). Set the input device to Microphone (HyperX Cloud Flight 2 Wireless).

Go to the home page and select Settings > Sound. For the microphone, set the Input Device to USB Headset "HyperX Cloud Flight 2 Wireless". For audio output, set the Output Device to USB Headset "HyperX Cloud Flight 2 Wireless". Additionally, set Output to Headphones to "All Audio".

Slide the mode switch to Bluetooth. Press and hold both the power button and the multifunction button for 2 seconds. Pairing mode is active when the LED blinks blue and the voice prompt says, "Bluetooth pairing". Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and connect to "HyperX Cloud Flight 2 Wireless".
