Usage (Xbox® One) To use the HyperX Cloud headset with Xbox® One, you will need the Xbox One adapter (sold separately) that plugs into the Xbox® One controller (pictured below.) Because this adapter has built-in volume controls, you can remove the control box that came with your HyperX Cloud headset

Plug in the USB dongle and launch NGENUITY. Click on the Headset tab. Click "Install" on the "audio Drivers Required" prompt. Wait until the drivers are finished installing. Click "OK, Will DO" on the "drivers Installed" prompt. Restart your PC.

Using with PC, Chromebook, or Notebook ​

Instant Pair should be possible as long as the OMEN laptop is “Connection Ready” in NGENUITY settings and the headset has not been previously paired with another OMEN laptop. If either the OMEN laptop or the headset has been paired already, both the laptop and the headset need the Instant Pair pairi

If the headset is connected to the wireless USB adapter, the headset will automatically power off after 20 minutes of no playback audio activity. If the headset is not connected to the wireless USB adapter, the headset will automatically power off after 3 minutes.

In NGENUITY software, the headset can be set to prioritize voice notifications or tone notifications.
