Alloy Origins Family

The Alloy Origins is not a hot-swappable keyboard model. Our HyperX switches are soldered onto the PCB, removal or modification of them is not recommended.

If you are experiencing any issues with the keyboard, you can perform a factory reset. However, this will cause you to lose the custom LED profile. Press and hold FN + ESC keys for 3 seconds until the keyboard backlight blinks.

Alloy Origins Installation ​​ ​ Connect the USB-C connector to the keyboard. Connect the USB connector to the computer.

The HyperX Alloy Origins 60% keyboard is fully compatible with Ngenuity software. While the keyboard is connected to the app, you can set button bindings, program and store macros, and customize lighting. Visit the Ngenuity download page at https://hyperx.com/pages/ngenuity to get started!

Plug the keyboard into a USB port connected to the PC

The Origins keyboard will work with Chromebook systems out of the box. Customization for the keyboard however requires Ngenuity software to be installed on a Windows based system. You can save the settings to the keyboard after making adjustments and enjoy the saved profile on any device you plug th

Press and hold FN +Spacebar for 5 seconds, all the LEDs will blink red and white when completed.
