Plug in the USB dongle and launch NGENUITY. Click on the Headset tab. Click "Install" on the "Audio Drivers Required" prompt. Wait until the drivers are finished installing. Click "Ok, Will Do" on the "drivers Installed" prompt. Restart your PC.

Slide the mode switch to the Bluetooth icon. Press and hold the Power and Multifunction buttons for 2 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Pairing mode is active when the LED blinks blue and the voice prompts says "Bluetooth pairing". ​ ​Go to your device Bluetooth settings, search, and connect
