Press and hold the multifunction control button and tap-to-mute sensor for 10 seconds to factory reset the microphone. All red LEDs (NOT include the top LED ring) will flash when the factory reset has been triggered.

Tap the top of the microphone on the mute icon. The microphone status LED will indicate the current mute status. Mute On - Red Mute Off - Lighting Effect
